What is the cancellation and refund policy

Guest cancellations create problems for hosts because as the date draws closer to the start of the booking, the host's ability to rebook that room becomes increasingly difficult. At the same time, sometimes plans change for our guests and they may need to cancel a confirmed booking.

We have developed the RE/MAX cancellation policy so that it provides some flexibility for guests while still providing security for a host who has reserved their room for the guest.
