You'll love this listing! This is a cozy private room w/ queen memory foam bed, full futon couch/bed, desk, personal massage chair, & TV w/ free Prime Video & Disney+. You'll have access to kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishes, coffee, etc.) & bathroom (shared w/ one other Airbnb listing). Free/easy street parking. Be a quick 14 min drive from SFO, 3 min walk to T train (takes you downtown, AT&T Park, Chase Center), and a 13 min drive to downtown. You'll have great access to all of SF!

The Space

Please note that while your room is 100% private with a lock on it that only you will have, you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other Airbnb room (if it's occupied). My family lives in a separate area of the home and we won't be using the Airbnb space. So in regard to COVID-19, you should find that this is pretty safe as our family takes social distancing seriously and you'd only have one other guest room to share kitchen and bathroom with. We also provide plenty of soap and hand sanitizer.

Other things to note

We live in one of the best places to park in SF. There is free parking on the street, and we can almost always find a spot within a block or two. It's really easy to come in and out of our place, whether you have a car or you want to use public transit. If you don't have a car, I would recommend getting an Uber to our house since it is only 14 minutes and it won't cost much.

Also, for the sake of your experience and the experience of others staying in our home as well as my family, it is important to us that you not bring more people than you list on your booking, so please don't plan on having friends over to our home while you are staying here unless they are included in the number that you booked for.
